All products sold by Elemental Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or household use. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Because our products are sensitive research materials, the conditions in this policy exist to protect product integrity and to ensure that materials leaving our facility cannot re-enter inventory once their storage, handling, and chain of custody can no longer be verified.

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before [1:00 PM ET] on a business day generally ship the same or next business day; orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day.
Estimated domestic transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product description on the exterior.

Temperature-Sensitive Products
Lyophilized peptides are stable for standard transit but should be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon receipt. Elemental Peptides is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delayed pickup, refused delivery, or improper storage after the product has been delivered.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Order cancellations and changes can be made only before an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process below.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Reshipment to a corrected or undeliverable address is at your expense.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition. Opened, used, tampered-with, or partially used products are non-returnable.
Due to their sensitivity to temperature and light and the resulting risk of degradation, reconstituted products and opened peptides cannot be returned.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Do not ship any product back until you have received an RMA and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Once an RMA is issued, the product must be shipped back within 10 days. Failure to return within this window results in forfeiture of the refund or store credit.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for every return.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label is provided only when we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it is unopened and in resalable condition.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect items (an item different from what you ordered) must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Reports must include clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and any damage, along with your order number.
For verified claims, we will provide a free replacement or a refund at our discretion and, where the fault is ours, a prepaid return label.
We photograph and document every order before shipment to help resolve claims fairly.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If carrier tracking shows a package was successfully delivered, we are unable to reship or refund the order.
For domestic orders confirmed lost in transit due to carrier failure, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws, taxes, and duties applicable in your country.
If an international order is held or seized by U.S. customs, we will offer one reshipment or a full refund.
If an order clears U.S. customs but is held, seized, or lost by a foreign customs authority or carrier, we are unable to provide a refund.
If an international order is returned to us, we will refund the order less shipping and a restocking fee; such orders are not eligible for a full refund.
Refused packages are treated as returns, with shipping and restocking fees deducted.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in cancellation of pending orders and a ban from future purchases.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
To request an RMA, report a damaged or incorrect item, or ask about an order, email support@elemental-peptides.com with your order number and any required photographs. Our team will respond promptly during business days.
